Chef Siew Lee's class canceled...

So we were finishing our class at 230,

After that,

Benny and I walked to QuickSilver.

On the way,

We passed by Sungai Wang,

And we saw Ng Hang Yi there!!

She was promoting her product...
Haha...

But we just looked for awhile then continue walk to QuickSilver.

Finished shopping at Quicksliver,

We have nothing to do,

So we decided walk to Pavilion to waste time...~.~

Shop and shop and shop,

I thought of Carls Junior in a sudden...

We headed to there and eat then...

Super Star (Medium)

Here I started to eat the HUGE burger!

---Saturday---

Out to Tropicana,

We planned to watch Final Destination with Pin and Jo,

I already out at 11 to darling's house~

Around 330,

Pin called me and asked us to go to Taman Tun,

Darling started to style his hair then...

As what i said,

Boy is always mafan than girl...=.=

On the way to Taman Tun, next, Tropicana mall movie!!

After Taman Tun,

We go for PizzaHut...

Then only movie at Tropicana mall...

Final Destination 4,

Whats a nice movie~

But then it will be nicer if they don't cut the film...

Finished movie,

Is time to go home...

Morning while going to KL~

Today when I arrived college's lobby,

The guard stopped me and checked my temperature...=.=

Maybe is to prevent H1N1...

Luckily i didn't fever today...>.0

Or not I couldn't step into college!

Finished class at 230,

There was raining very heavily!

Phew...

I couldn't get back home...

So sad...

So i decided to walk to 14th floor find my beloved chef~

She was not there in that moment,

And I met another nice lecturer, Ms.Shiam~

We was just chat for awhile...

Because she was still have to guard those DHM student in the restaurant...

Those student in the kitchen started to clean up everything,

I have nothing to do,

So I was just gave little little help in service part~

When almost finish,

I walked into kitchen...

Wow!

They asked me to eat all those food...

Asked me try this and that...

Yala, its nice...

All the food was very nice...(with all your hardwork) >.O

While waiting in Sampling =)

After that we had a briefing from both Ms.Shiam and Chef Siew Lee...

And I joined them to get extra information~

The briefing was end at almost 6...

And i walked to LRT station together with Benny...

I was thought to wait for TK, Wai Cheng and Wai Meng...

But lazy to wait...

Fine lo~

There was not much people in the train...

Haha!

Because Malay is now having puasa~

Yea yea~!

And Benny told me that QuickSilver having discount for their member...

Its up to 80% discount!!!

For sure I will follow him!

He was one of the member...=.=

Yea yea~

We will take chance to QuickSilver during lunch time tomorrow!

Today i was wearing a mask to college...

Luckily there was not only me who is covered with a mask!

Ms.Vi was late to our class,

Because she thought the class is start at 1130...

I asked Benny to call Ms.Vi with my phone...

Finally she appeared at almost 12...

After POM,

We rushed to 14th floor for another class...

Finished that,

I followed the DCA gang to Pavilion for lunch...

We walked all the way from Time Square to Pavilion...

And then we took our lunch at Rainforest...

That was Shin Pei's favourite place to eat...

haha...

Their set lunch is very cheap...

Start with an appetizer, main course, dessert and a refillable drink~

Is only less than RM20...

And we were late to our English class...

Today Ms.Celin was teaching us...

She is a nice lecturer...

Everyone loves the way she teaches =)

The class was dismissed at 430...

My sister was waiting me at lobby...

And again, I don't need to walk or take LRT back~

I was with my darling for almost whole day...
But i was very silent in that day...
*Feeling not well*

On the Way going back,
He was very curious =.=
Because what I normally did in his car is,
Very noisy, A lot of crab to talk, non-stop disturbing...
But that day i was sitting silently,
Hugging the pillow without bothering anything...

I went to clinic at BK5 for checking...

The doctor gave me 6 kinds of medicine,
But I only taken one of it...
Its a liquid form...
Cough medicine...

2nd break, i was staying in class and have nothing to do =.=

Here is the time for me to update my blog!

First of all,
I’d like to say,
My new semester is EXTREMELY PACK and TIRED!
DCA AIEP students have to take 6 subjects in this sem!
SIX!!! Not a joke.
Monday,
830-1230, theory classes
One hour break,
130-530, practical class (mis en place in kitchen)
Tuesday,
830-530, practical class (practical in sampling)
*no break*
Wednesday,
1030-1230, theory class,
Two hours break,
230-430, advance class.
Thursday,
1030-1230, theory class,
One hour break,
130-230, theory class.
*The only only best day*
Friday,
830-1230, theory classes,
One hour break,
130-430, theory classes.

How pack is it!!
My timetable was full of highlighted box! Huhhh…
Lets share the first day of new semester to you guys~
The first day,
I was ALMOST considered late to class…
Just because I was forgot to look at my timetable and decide which classroom to go to…
And,
I LOST MY STUDENT CARD!
I have got to pay RM 50 to replace the card =.=
Mummy said, “Never mind, just paid to buy a lesson.”
T_T…I felt very guilty…
Mummy, you are so GooD…

Owh,
Let talk back the first class I attended…
It was Chef Loke’s class…
He was teaching us about kitchen and hygiene management.
Yeap,
He is an interesting chef!
We will not feel sleepy in his class…
Haha!
After two hours class, without any break,
We have got to go to seminar room 6,
For principle of management, lectured by Ms. Vijaya.
She is another interesting lecturer in Berjaya…
And she is extremely SMART too!
She was sets some rules in her class,
Let see,


1, only her phone is allowed to ring.
It means, if our phone ring during class, it consider her phone.
2, everyone can talk in her class,
She hardly believed the freedom of talking.
BUT, she will always points the question to the person who are listening to the people who speaking.
It means, we still can’t talk in the class.
3, no chewing gum in her class,
Because, when our mouth is moving, she will think that we are trying to say something.
4, student who late more than 10 minutes, do not enter class,
BUT, she is allowed to late, because nobody could lecture that class without lecturer.
5, no other language except English and Hindu,
Because these are the only languages she knows.
And the last one,
Ms. Vijaya is always the right one with no reason.

The only thing that I can comment to her class is,
The way she lectured is awesome!
After POM,
Is break times,
We had only half an hour break,
Because our Chef Siew Lee wants to see us at 1 sharp with full set of chef uniform!
And that time,
I heard wrongly,
I thought is 130,
And I was still enjoying chit chat with TK, Benny and Priyani in mcD.
Zzz
It was a NICE break -.-
Because I was kena shooting by that two men in the whole break =.=
Sorry la guys,
I really didn’t think to take the picture of the girl…

Huhh…
And then,
I was lucky to run into Nana who reminded me the class is at 1 sharp.
I ran to 15th floor to get my chef jacket,
And ran back to 14th floor locker room to put on my chef jacket,
Tidied up my hair and rushed to Sampling with my utensil bag~
Phew,
Luckily, I’m not the late one…
Haha…
The first thing chef did was,
Introducing the whole kitchen to us,
Taught us what to do when we are locked in the walk-in chiller~
After that,
We started to do our mis en place for the next day of operation~
We were given a recipe of the day,
And get everything prepare~
I was group with Nana, Nathan and Angela~
The meal that we in charged was,
Chicken tortilla.
It is a very very nice dish!
Me and Angela were in charge to do the tomato salsa~
Nathan and Nana did the filling~
We still have egg custard for appetizer,
Chicken tortilla and braised lamb are main courses,
And a delicious clafoutis (Baking cherry pudding) as dessert of the day!
Everyone was busying for our own stuffs.
That day we were allowed to leave around 6!
After I packed all my stuff,
I sent my chef uniform back to 15th floor for cleaning~
And I didn’t feel like going back at the moment!
The reason is,
It was jam everywhere…
Fortunately,
Daddy said after fetching my sister,
They will go to KL meet me to dine in KL together!!!
I found a place to take a rest and chat on the phone to waste my time…
It was a very tiring day…
My leg was lost of energy and felt to faint ~.~
But for sure I will still stand for it =)
This was the first day of my 2nd semester…
Challenging enough?
Haha!
